How many years have you been working in New Zealand/Australia as a Health and Safety professional?
Are you currently employed?
Do you currently have Tertiary Qualification in Health & Safety which equal to Level 6 or higher?

No (Please note while H&S Qualification is not a mandatory requirement. It is helpful for gaining RSP).
If you hold an overseas Qualification, please provide more details
Are you a currently a member of NZSC?
Yes (Please attach a copy of the recently paid invoice as a confirmation)
No (You must be a current NZSC member to apply for ASP & RSP)
Attach a copy of the PAID invoice for your NZSC membership

Application processing fee. I accept that the cost of the application fee will apply and needs to be paid, If this request for meeting the initial eligibility criteria is successful.
